You have the right to return your order within 14 days from receiving the order. The right applies only if the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received (undamaged box and pouch, and hangtags still attached).
Before returning the product, you are required by law to contact us within 14 days of receiving the order, and return it within 14 days of contacting us. Goods should be protected in a box or plastic bag. No tape is to be attached to the product or the product’s packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

The responsibility of the product is in the hands of the customer as soon as customer receives it. Therefore customer assumes full responsibility of the return and condition of the product. In case of returning a damaged or defect product, Outdrop can deduct money from the amount that you are to be refunded. Please note that the customer pays the shipping fee, when returning a product.
In case of a return with a refund, you will get the entire amount that you paid, refunded. All refunds will be carried out through the payment method, in which you originally placed the order.
In case of an exchange, we will ship the wished item as soon as we receive the original order. If the wished exchange is not possible you will be contacted with the option of changing it into something else or receiving a refund.
